For Centeral Police Canteens (CPC)
1.	Rates are inclusive of all Taxes like VAT, CST, Excise, octroi, Sales Tax etc. as applicable.
2.	The aforesaid rates are basic discounted rates on FOR destination basis.
3.	The stores will be supplied within 30 days from the date of receipt of suply order from Master Cateens.
4.	Payment will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of stores by the Master Canteens.
5.	Rebate 3% if items picked up from Delhi Ofiice.
6.	Minimum order should be Rs. 50,000/- for Master Canteens locked other than Delhi area.
7.	If payment 50% advance of total value of supply order is recived and balance amount paid within 15 days extra rebate of 2% will be given.
8.	If any new products launch by same products category we will be discount same as approved by CPC Purchase Committee.

	For Others
1.	This Prices Listed in the site is effective from August 2008 and supercedes all previous price list.
2.	VAT 12.5% or against C Form 2% extra, other Taxes/Levies/Octroi/Entry Tax extra as applicable.
3.	Packing cost not included in Price, therefore extra s per actual.
4.	Cartage and transportation cost for delivering goods to any destination would be extra.
5.	Prices mentioned are inclusive of all features shown in the catalogue & price list.
6.	All orders will be accepted against PO with advance Demand Draft & Balance before delivery.
7.	Our responsibility ceases as goods leave our premises.
8.	Leather cost extra on actual basis.
9.	Slight variation in fabrics from shade card due to batch differences should be accepted.
10.	Dimensions, Specifications may change without any prior notice due to continuous product development & Research.
11.	All disputes subject to Haryana jurisdiction only.
